Employees look like they dont even want to be there Dont ever go if vinaigrette is a part of your order because they never have it Just drove 15 minutes to a different chipotle to get what I wanted because clearly they are too lazy to make certain things Employees acted like I was a bother when I showed up an hour before they closed definitely wont be back

The Steak Burrito Bowls wasn't Seasoned, stingy with the Guacamole. Weird that Chipotle doesn't have a Pineapple Mango Salsa to put on the Guajillo Steak Burrito Bowls that would be fyre and this coming from a Foodie ya dig??! MAKE IT HAPPEN... and cut those Heavyweight Paychecks of 78% $$$$ Profits in my name too me effective immediately for my creative ideas. I Play No Games understood!! One. Vegetarian options: Vegetarian options available! Parking: Available parking. Wheelchair accessibility: No burning wheelchair tire rubber on the store entry ramps!

Chipotle website and google listing show location is open until 11pm. Went at 9:45 PM on 12/13/23 and they were closing and not accepting orders to be placed. Will not return.

Food really has absolutely no flavor to a real Mexican restaurant .

the food is occasionally ok just like the service is occasionally spot on as there a couple of good employees there, but overall its mediocre at best. my chicken was ice cold, second time this has happened in a month. i know i know 'go back and says something', but why? if they cant figure out basic stuff like if i want cold chicken ill go to a deli and pay half of the $ that chipolte costs and honestly the condescension during the order process is enough i dare not imagine the look of burden i would get asking for that to be corrected its really unlike any chipolte ive ever been to again there are a couple of people there that seem to do the majority of the work others are very distracted. and most seem burdened to be there. and even when i tip (in cash in their jar) .....i dont expect a thank letter but i do think its reasonable to at least get acknowledgement maybe something other than avoiding eye contact and purposefully moving on the next person in line as if saying thank you is a 'trigger'. its unreal add to this that now this corner seems to be a new vagrant hangout. do not expect any employee to clear them out i guess that this side of town gets what it votes for and expects that everyone will just 'adapt' instead of correcting it. lol, what can you expect when saying thank you is too much effort or a social norm they 'dont participate' in. overall if you can find another chipolte, go to that one. update: laughable response from mgmt see attached photo for "homeless" greeter, there all the time. once watched this guy be given a fresh bag of food by a customer and the second they were out of sight he threw entire bag in garbage
