Fruits and vegetables dont look great and poorly stocked. Deli bar is usually dried out and hard to find help by the butcher

I cant believe that in this day and age this corporation doesnt care about the conditions of a store and its painfully obvious. The store in Germantown is shall we say is like shopping in the ghetto. This is the filthiest location I have ever been in. If you need eggs look no further than constant empty shelves and what you are faced with is extremely dirty broken egg drippings and this area is never cleaned. If you want yogurt forget about it because the shelf looks like Covid days and this is not an isolated incident. The produce department quality is nowhere to be found. So many workers act like they are miserable and it rubs off on the shoppers. Dont get me started on the self checkout! Germantown is supposed to be a nice area to live in and I wonder why this is happening. Just down the block is a Sendiks which keeps a very inviting, well stocked clean store which is competition. I hope the Health Department visits your store because its becoming a health hazard. Customers deserve better!

Was in Germantown today for an errand. Noticed a Pick n Save and decided to stop for a few things. I have never been in such a terrible Pick n Save. The store is dirty. Lots of shelves needing stocking and the empty shelves are also dirty. Dispite empty shelves throughout the store, the aisles and walking lanes are jam packed with special displays everywhere. There are employees throughout the store gathered in groups talking and looking at cell phones instead of working, yet there is only one checkout staffed with a cashier. I don't believe she said one word to me. No hello and once the items were run through, she stood there looking at me without announcing the total or saying a word. I had to ask if she was done and the total displayed was final. One checkout lane with a cashier yet 6 employees standing with their arms crossed or behind their back viewing the self check out area. Won't return to this store.
