Contractors Unlimited removed our old cheap vinyl siding and installed a much better quality vinyl. We knew we had some wood damage under the old siding but much more damage was discovered then we expected. They showed us the damage and explained what was needed to do the repairs. They had to do a lot of repairs and all their work was high quality. We feel they charged a very fair price and did a really nice job. The new siding looks great and we would advise any one to use their service.

My wife and I started searching for contractors to turn our 2-car garage into a 3-car garage in September. We wanted to find two contractors to get a quote; however, finding someone who does this sort of job was difficult. Eventually using the reviews on Google as a guide (unbeknownst to me most of this companys reviews are family members) we called Joey. He was cordial and fine during the initial meeting and promised he would work on a quote after looking at our house and talking to us. A week later he said his friend, an architect, had to look at our house to draw up plans so he could make a quote. The architect charged us $100 to meet with us which we werent thrilled about but he did spend over an hour taking notes, pictures, etc. so it was fine. Two weeks later I get a text from Joey saying the architect sent his quote for the plans- Joey wanted us to sign a contract with his friend for $3700. He said he couldnt give us a quote without the architectural plans. Obviously we werent going to pay that kind of money just to get a quote and I told Joey that to which he said, I get it ... Ill work on getting some rough numbers put together so you have an idea what my number might be. This is obviously what I thought he was doing during the previous three weeks, but it sounded like he hadnt done anything. A week later the architect calls to ask why we hadnt signed with him. We explained why not and he said he understood. He then mentioned that he thought Joey was getting cold feet about our job that he still hasnt even quoted. So, five plus weeks after the initial meeting we still have no quote. In a related story we called a different contractor we actually did get a quote from today to let him know we were going with him. Joey may do wonderful work for a reasonable price ... but we never got the chance to find out ... and the way it all went down was a little shady.
