        Bought home with Lakes Gas tank and unfortunately didn’t make the previous owners remove it before closing. Lying cheating horrible propane company. They want you to leave cash under the hood of your tank so any meth head can steal it. You prepay for X amount of gallons and they give you less. Rude A-holes for employees. Had Polk Burnett before and I’d highly recommend them. They give you 30 days to pay or charge interest on balance. You can pay via bill pay with eft and I can get my bill and receipts digitally. Polk Burnett is light years ahead in customer service, technology and their prices are always a nickel or dime cheaper.

        VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE! PURCHASED A HOME WITH EXISITING TANK FROM THIS PLACE. AFTER SEVERAL RUDE INTERACTIONS OVER THE PHONE - WENT WITH FARRELL. WAY NICER. REPORTED THIS LOCATION TO CORPORATE - BUYERS BEWARE, GO A DIFFERENT DIRECTION.
