        I ordered a dishwasher from them and it was one of the worst experiences ever, between dealing with the people to get it delivered and not being able to call them back to schedule the delivery, their auto directory when you call was horrible and it was impossible to be able to actually talk to anyone. I had to physically go into the store to talk to someone and get my questions answered. Plus my order was supposed to be delivered in 2 weeks, then they delayed it a month and then because of more issues on their end it was delayed another 2 weeks, I canceled my order and will never shop there again

        I know around here it's all about the other 2 home improvement stores. But try to get someone who knows the answer to a specific question at them. I bought a new lawn tractor at Lowes just because of the associate who helped me. They also had the best deal on an item that's price fixed everywhere. Rebates, 20% off accessories and free delivery .
