        Arrived at 9am, when the store is supposed to open, needing a rapid strep test from the minute clinic, and the store was closed. The NP was also here and didnt have a key to open the store. I waited with her for 15 minutes in the cold and whoever was supposed to open the store never arrived. Update: went back at 10:22 and the store is still not open.

        Had online appointment for flu shot on a Saturday a.m.. I appeared on time and was asked to present medical insurance card and drivers license. Did so. Was told that, according to a computer check, the birthdate on my drivers license was "not valid", (even through I know it is listed there accurately). As a result, I was refused flu vaccination and wasted the trip. Followup call to health insurer by me the following Monday confirmed that my coverage remains in place and that it has my birthdate accurately recorded in its database.
