This company over 3 years of attempted Sump pump repairs they could not fix till the third time after floods happened over and over in my basement. On the final time i hired them to replace the basement basin they charged me for moving a gas pipe when there were no gas lines near the basin overcharging me by $200 dollars. I asked them to look at shower facet and diagnose the lack of pressure and Gepheardt took. The facet apart a nd could not reassemble it thereby charging me labor and installation unfairly. I have always gotten fast service and wonderful outcome. They tell you everything before they do a job, so you understand what needs to be fixed. Reasonably priced with down to the earth people. I would recommend them anytime.
