        Provided a knee scooter from 1975 that made mobility even more difficult if thats possible on a non weight bearing foot recovery. $75 for a month of knee scooter. New ones that actually function and aren't broken go for $90 on Amazon. I feel like they knew the cumbersome nature of what they were giving me and said nothing. Just another way SSM is out for profit and not quality care

        I am now getting billed twice(another$1800) for the Same piece of equipment from SSM due to a change in my insurance. It Was almost paid for and then they started the charges over from the beginning, in all that paperwork they make you sign they Don't disclose any of those hidden surprises. This is all out of my pocket anyways due to my deductible!!!, I feel like I am being extorted. Even worse their staff told me to YouTube or google the info because they didn`t know how to answer questions about how to use equipment they sold me. I cannot believe how any of this is Legal.
