This place is ridiculous. I was told by my doctor to go in and get lab work before my appointment. It was the same day, so I couldn't make an appointment for the lab and had to be a walk in. Waited 45 minutes with a screaming baby to get one tube drawn, and never was called. Others who just sat down were called back immediately. I think it's ridiculous that I get screwed because I wasn't able to make an appointment due to not knowing I had to get blood work done until 2 hours before my appointment with my doctor. I had to leave to go to my doctor so I didn't miss that appointment. The receptionist was extremely rude, and some protocol needs to get fixed, because there were multiple elderly waiting longer then i was and I was not the first one to leave.
