        I do not appreciate being spoken down to and being told that I am a non-compliant patient. My experience with Dr. Kagen was incredibly disheartening and I cannot recommend him to anyone. We did not receive the medication start up kit that he claims we did. His staff claimed that they were trying to reach me when in fact I had NOT heard from them during the time frame they claimed.
