Didn't get much sleep! Check in room 312, trash had not been removed, the bar soap was shatters into pieces, went to front desk and asked for the bar soap replacement and emptied the trash can. Front the staff was very nice, apologized, friendly and helpful. Instead of emptying the trash and replaced the bar soap, she upgraded my room to a suite across the hall to room 311, there's so many things went wrong with this room. The window was so bad, cheap, it's not even stable, didn't seal tight, you can hear traffic noises from the busy highway all night especially trucks all night, busy train honks every hour until 1 or 2am, lots of noises coming from the heater that located right inside the bedroom ( it sounds like I was sleeping by the furnace). If you are light sleeper, this place is definitely not for you.

3 of us stayed in separate rooms. Each of us had at least 1 major issue with it. Wether it be the smell or paint peeling off the ceilings or just bad service. Would not recommend. Better hotels nearby

Made a last minute reservation while passing through on my way back from a work trip. I spoke to front desk directly and am so impressed with how Liz handled the call. She was courteous and so welcoming, even over the phone. She found me a room and connected my Choice account for me. Upon checking in, she welcomed me by name. I had never been to the property before but she was absolutely wonderful! I travel frequently for work and spent years in hospitality myself and she is a model employee when it comes to interacting with guests. She does her job well! This was my favorite part of the stay. The room itself was okay, but definitely needs some updates. The light above the whirlpool was falling out of the ceiling and the sheets had hair on them. While I wasn't impressed with the cleanliness of the room, it was a quick stay after a long day of travel. Breakfast was nice, the area itself was very clean and efficient. There was an array of scrambled eggs, breakfast potatoes, sausage, a pot of oatmeal, waffle makers, milk, juice, yogurt and assortment of baked goods. It's filling and I think is a little beyond a traditional continental breakfast. I would stay again if the rooms were done better. Overall, no frills, but excellent customer service! Thank you so much, Liz, you truly made a difference in my stay.
