        Tech was supposed to be here afternoon and showed up at 9:30 that morning. I told him I was so happy to see him, we just brought my husband home from the hospital and he was staying in bed under the covers to keep warm. Had my furnace fixed in probably 30 to 40 minutes. Will definitely keep using Air Tech Heating!

        Airtech was able to install a new HVAC (furnace & A/C) right away as our old furnace went out on New Year's Day. Responsive people across the board...from the after hours answering service, the on-call service tech, office personnel, sales and ultimately the install technicians. Definitely a positive experience from start to finish.

        I have been getting my AC and Heat serviced every year by Air Tech Heating for a few years now and could not be more happy. My furnace had a major issue several times and they never tried to upsell me into getting a new one. They just offered it as an option. I wish I had taken them up on this sooner but it took until this year to replace my system. They arrived on time the morning of 11/27 and did an excellent job on the install and clean up. They took the time to answer all my questions and left my house the same or better then when they arrived. Very trustworthy, respectful and professional crew. Thank you Air Tech and see you again during my next PM service. ;-)
