        Theres been a huge decline in customer service since Alexi stopped managing this location its disappointing. Renting to own is largely a scam, but good leadership and quality customer service make it a useful option. If you want be treated like a nuisance or a faceless number, just go buy furniture outright from a department store for half the price.

        Don't like how things are being done, never had any problems paying on a certain date, prior to the new management. I cannot wait till I'm no longer a customer. Never had any issues for the two years as we paid all our old furniture off. I highly recommend going to Walmart or Menards for business.

      Thank you DJ. Although we do miss Alexi too, at the corporate level, we are not aware of any problems with customer service since our new store manager stepped in. If you have had any problems, please call us at (715)831-1002 so that we can make it right. We are not going to get into your price allegations since they simply do not have merit and anyone who has shopped our furniture, knows that. Again, if there are any problems with service, please contact us.

      Matthew, Please call our corporate office do discuss your concerns in more detail. To our knowledge, our customers are allowed to pay on the date of their choosing, as long as it is a future date and not a past date.
