Management sucks here. The lady that they have on Mondays is great. The other lady they have is clueless and worthless

I have lived here all but 1 year of the last 17 years. The first 11 years here were awesome we considered this home we moved away for a year because our daughter and granddaughter were going to move in with us and we needed a house unfortunately our daughter passed away and we decided to come back home and ended up in a different apartment than we were supposed to get and it's been a living hell.For almost 6 years now we have had every kind of Ant to flooding in our apartment went without a Stove/ oven that's 40 years old for a month because they wouldn't replace it everything here is so old and falling apart including the floors above us. I have begged for many months for someone to do something about the constant pounding upstairs from us as well as the squeaking like nails on chalkboard 24 hours a day the lady upstairs walks day and night we have not slept in 6 months. They have 3 cats which I have reported that are running and knocking things down when she's not walking. I have many day and night recordings with dates on them I played for lady who is working in the office, the lady upstairs babysits daily and lets the boy jump and run. I was told you were not allowed to babysit in your apartment by manager They have no respect for anyone. We follow all the rules and have always gotten along with everyone and respect other people and as my mother taught me not to ruin and jump in the house I taught my granddaughter the same for respect and safety As a month ago we also got roaches and I asked for them to have a bug man come but none has ever called me or let me know what is going on they don't return our calls. I'm having a nervous breakdown my doctor said something has to be done or I'm not going to be here for my granddaughter much longer. We're all she has and she isn't staying with us right now because she plays on the floor and is so scared of the roaches. I'm at my wits end. I don't know why no one will help us. You would think they would look out for the ones who actually stay here and not just move in break rules and destroy the apartmentasand leave when their lease is done. We had planned on staying here the rest of our lives but apparently they don't want good people to live here. The manager that just retired tried to help us but she said her boss wouldn't let her.
