I showed up early to get a cake I ordered and the people working were so amazing. They went to work right away to finish it and get it out to me quickly. The cake was just what the birthday boy wanted!!!

They can't seem to answer the phone (and the mailbox is full so seems like a reoccurring issue) makes ordering pretty difficult since online doesn't work either. Crappy service.

would give this 0 stars if i could!!! he denied my giftcard and didnt even give me a reason as to why i couldnt use it, its not expired, theres no fine print in any reason i could not use it. sighed the whole time, not friendly and lazy employees went on march 12th by the way and ava v was working

Been here over 3 times. Each time thinking it would be better since its part of our community. Absolute trash. The place is filthy the workers are careless and dont care. Double charged us cause they claim our gift card didnt work. Old cold stone Ive been too that dont allow samples. Door is broke, constantly dirty. They should be ashamed of themselves. Calling food inspector here with the sanitation issue. Avoid at all cost

Bought ice cream cake which looked different than usual. Whipped cream on top looked green-ish/black-ish which is normally just a light brown. When I tasted a piece of the ice cream cake, it tasted weird and texture was off. The outer layer had a different texture to it which is not normal or the usual taste. (I have bought this cake for years, since it is my favorite.) I wanted to call the store to verify if there was anything wrong, if i could exchange it or what. First time I called, the associates didn't know what to tell me, since there wasn't a supervisor or manager. Called the next day and the associate took my contact info to give the manager. Manager called the next day and just plain out laughed like 4 times saying there wasn't anything wrong with it. I called 2 other stores to confirm what the policy is regarding returns, exchanges, etc. 1 store said that it was final sale (in a nice manner) and the other store said I could come in and get a refund. Both were very polite. Can't believe they let such rude people be managers...I know companies don't care about losing a customer, so i know i don't matter. Customer service positions should be monitored, so they don't behave rudely to people who are just wanting to make sure that whatever they bought is how it should be. Did confirm the policy online and will be throwing the cake away. Very disappointed.
