The first thing I noticed when I got to this cute little shop is fragrance. This place is spiritual and full of beautiful souvenirs like jewelery, smudging sage, healing crystals and meditation pillows. The lady who owns this store is very polite. Will come again next time I visit fishcreek again

no communication whatsoever. no answers to emails. phone number displayed has been disconnected. yes, she sent it fast but never let me know when it was sent or when to expect it. after having it clog up the tips repeatedly, i had to strain it & when i did, there was about 1/3 - 1/4 left that was usable. the rest was all gritty like sand. never again. i've learned my lesson about this 'company'.

The founder of Castle Art & Import, Amy Wilde, is a reputable henna artist and supplier who carries certified organic henna powder (body art quality) and all natural essential oils.  She has the International Certification for Natural Henna Arts and runs her business at her studio in Green Bay, WI and through an online Web site.Unlike many other henna suppliers in the U.S., Amy still has a supply of high grade Persian henna in stock.  For the layperson, current U.S./Iran relations have made trade between the two countries very complicated, and Persian henna (the reddest of all hennas) is now EXTREMELY difficult to import into the U.S.  For people who love the rich burgundy hue of Persian henna, Castle Art & Import is one's best bet for mehndi and natural hair coloring.Amy always ships orders immediately, and provides excellence in customer service.  I highly recommend her Persian henna!Note: 09/10/2007Amy updated her Web site and is no longer selling Persian henna. :(  However, I still recommend her services--Amy is great at shipping right away, and carries other beautiful hennas such as Jamila, Rajasthani, and Yemeni.  Plus, she sells a variety of essential oils for terping one's henna.
