        Terrible company. Rent jumped 400 in 1 year! They didnt do anything to my place prior to moving in and it was straight trash moving in. I had to clean everything. Then they charged me twice for one month and still has not returned my money! They are robbing me! Theres no communication at all with these people and nothing but excuses after excuses!

        We are working on our 4th manager in less than 2 years!!!!! Place is not being kept up. Cannot even access the parking garages when it snows because no one salts the approach/incline to get up into them. We are paying almost $1500 a month for the privilege of living here and they cannot even afford to stock the public restroom with toilet paper!!! If you complain to the management, you are listed as a problem tenant and will not be allowed to renew your lease!!! One couple had to apologize and beg to keep their apartment. Why are we being charged such a premium in rent?
