        I wish I would not have stayed here. Loud from people walking above us...breakfast bar was sub par ....for a new hotel I would have expected it to be better. I didn't know the area but I wish I would have stayed elsewhere for the cost of this room it wasn't worth it. Teens at breakfast bar with bare feet? I mean the staff should have addressed that being around food etc....I do not reconmend. I do appreciate the General Manager reaching out. Very professional I did appreciate that.Reilly nothing she could do but refund my room or give me credits for other locations at this point. I feel a refund would make my happy and change my review.

      Hello Byron,Thank you for taking the time to complete our satisfaction survey. We noticed you rated us fairly low. We do understand there was an incident that took place regarding a refund. We had refunded the card back on January 5th. It does take 7-10 business days to have that return. We also communicated with IHG as this was an open case.
