Not impressed whatsoever with my first experience. I asked if there was anything I needed to know since it was my first time there with my grain. Nope... Just go around the shed & stop by the auger. Over a week later I called just wondering how long it usually takes to get paid. My soybeans hadn't been sold yet I was told. Remember now...I asked if there was anything I needed to know. Nobody asked me if I had a contract or selling for cash price. I was later told that it's my responsibility to ask/tell them at the scale what I want to do with the grain. Everywhere else I've ever went asks me I need. Like a normal buisness helping a first time customer. So they just held my soybeans as the price went down. I personally think it's grain elevators employees jobs to make sure the customers get the service they want. I was told it was my job to make sure the employees did it right. Plus...since when run the electrical panel for the elevators/augers myself. Isn't that an employees job. Ran it myself every time I was there. Even had to take my own samples. Just not impressed I guess.
