        Used twice now, both times he had issues with his scrubber not working properly. The last time multiple stains came back within a few days. I called to have him come out and fix it and he was going to do come but i was so disgusted by his constant issues i didnt reschedule with him. Its a shame becasue he uses an actual scrubber which i thought was a great idea.

      I’m very sorry that James, feels this way nearly a year after I cleaned for him, I did clean his carpet and I did offer to return to clean again at my cost when the stains returned, yes I will admit I occasionally have problems with my equipment because it’s old equipment, I am the sole provider for my family because my wife is disabled and can’t work so i work nights and run my business during the day to make ends meet, I did my best on his carpet I’m sorry it wasn’t to your standard, but understand I’m a carpet cleaner not a carpet wizard I can only make it as clean as it will allow and also understand I didn’t stain the carpet’s I tried my best to remove them.
