Morrie's Eau Claire Subaru

The staff were very helpful in the purchase of new car. For a widow who knows very little about cars, it was most helpful in the selection of the right car for me I would recommend Morrie's Subaru to everyone.

Welcoming feel to the dealership. All reps were attentive but there was never pressure to purchase ever. We spent three different days to make sure which vehicle to buy. The day we signed and picked up the car was busy. We interacted with a number of the staff, all made us feel important to them and helped in the process.

Having car issues and buying a new car is usually such a pain. I couldn't be happier with the service and value. Worked with Scott Phillips and would definitely recommend giving Morrie's a visit when car shopping.

Not liking the call center, called Saturday to pick up my vehicle from service. The gal on the phone said sorry, nothing I can do for you, it's Saturday and service is closed. I asked to be transferred to sales and within minutes I was informed there is infact an employee in service until noon and I was able to go and pick up my vehicle. Not impressed with the lack of communication
