Did not communicate with other buyers, who were willing to increase their price and give the sellers more money. She flat out lied and said there were no other offers when there clearly was. Would not recommend working working with her/them for selling or buying a home from them. Horrible customer service. Goes to show who she is as a person and what this company is like. Clearly they do not work with people and do not give the best option for their customers.

The agent selling a home for this agency didn't play by usual rules and did poorly by their customers and didn't allow buyers to get a fair chance and didn't allow the sellers to get more for their money. Lack of communication and terrible service. Good luck to anyone that wants to use this agency.
