We met our realtor, Brad Bemowski, back in the fall of 2019. Then, my wife and I were buying our first home and had no clue what we were doing. But Brad was there for us, every step of the way. We wound up buying our perfect starter home -and just in time. Because of Brad and his diligence in working with us to find just the right home, we had the most wonderful sanctuary to wait out the pandemic in. Three and a half years later, my wife and I now have a daughter and it is time to move again. We couldn't think of anyone else to call other than our friend, Brad. Just as we had no idea how to buy a home in 2019, we had no idea how to sell one in 2023. But again, Brad was there for us. We were living just south of Minneapolis -but brad came out from Wisconsin to meet with us and discuss a plan of action. Although we would be needing another realtor to find a new home for us (we were looking for a farm and Brad thought it would be in our interest to find someone else to help with that), Brad guided us effortlessly through the process of selling our old home. Brad has your back. He knows his job in a way that I feel many other realtors do not. We have had experiences with a number of others -both before we met Brad and in the process of buying our current farm. NONE of them were as knowledgeable about the whole enterprise of home buying/selling as Brad. None of them were as honest or upfront or supportive or fought as hard for us. Brad is one in eight billion and you should be so lucky if he is your realtor. Because he is more than his job title. He is your friend. He is our friend and we love him very much. Today is my birthday and I just received a text from Brad, wishing me a happy birthday. I even got a birthday card from him in the mail. Brad is one of the most thoughtful, understanding people you will ever meet -and he will help you make your dreams and aspirations come true. I know that if/when my wife and I leave our farm (perhaps not for many years) and we want to move back to Minneapolis, the only person that we can imagine helping us make that journey will be Brad Bemowski, our friend. Brad was AMAZING to work with! We had a great time buying and selling with Brad. This was our first time selling and buying at the same time and we were pretty nervous about the whole process. Luckily our friends referred us to Brad. He was extremely patient with us in finding our home as we dragged him all across the twin cities looking for the best house, at the right price, in a great neighborhood (our unicorn) -- and we found it! Brad is an encyclopedia of real-estate knowledge, every house we looked at he would point out any concerns inside and out or anything that would need to be repaired or replaced in the future. When we were ready to list our current house Brad walked us through the entire process, any updates or changes we should make, what would help increase value and what would attract buyers. Our house sold two days after we listed it, over list, with multiple offers! We felt extremely comfortable asking all the dumb questions and Brad was always quick to respond or reassure us when we were unsure. I wouldn't have wanted to go through this process with anyone else. We were very lucky to have Brad with us through this process.
