        He recommended a septic company. Didn't make sure my yard would be returned to its existing state. Emailed him 4 days ago and doesn't even respond to my emails. Obviously All he was concerned about was getting his fee!!! Which he added an extra one the last moment that wasn't in my agreement I was a referral from a family member who was a fellow agent. So how well does he take care of his normal clients!!
