Ive been going to WESTconsin since I was 17 years old, and they have been absolutely AMAZING through every stage, and change, of my life! They helped get the ball rolling on my credit score at a very young age, which allowed me to quickly advance in my adult years. Theyve assisted me with nearly every service they offer, and have always been very understanding, kind, and considerate all staff at EVERY location Ive visited. They truly care about their members, and wont hesitate to follow-up with you, schedule an appointment with you, and advise you on your finances.
Unlike many other financial institutions, WESTconsin is very timely and attentive with their service(s). If you NEED something done quickly, they will do the absolute most to ensure that it is done, or finalized, the same day. Ive never been left wondering when my card(s) will arrive, when my documents will be submitted, etc.
I hope WESTconsin continues to grow and expand, as I will ALWAYS choose them first. Their locations are all on the WEST side of the state (which makes complete sense in regard to the name), but I do hope that they open a central/eastern location someday. Id love to be able to stop in-person more often!
