        Worst state funded insurance on the list. They deny almost every kind of treatment for nerve damage. They approved the procedure required to confirm the damage but won't approve the treatment to fix the issue. I will be contacting st.croix county to have them reported and changed immediately come Monday January 2nd 2023.
