Bought a home, there I a list of complaints. Had to replace every appliance with in 1st year, ripped up flooring in kitchen from water leak, driveway needed replaced, when they replaced driveway cut ungrounded sprinkle system, meanwhile took years to get these things done. What a joke. Good luck

Steve Wiggins is a very unethical builder! He is the master of the false promises and has a very loose relationship with the truth! Stay away!! Ive built with both him and C&M no comparison hes horrible!!

From what I've seen and also heard from individuals this company is out to just make money and forget about quality and integrity of workmanship.

Positives
"Appears" to be well constructed, time will tell.
Negatives
Not sure what the strongest warranty in the home building industry means when it's not in writing. It is a verbal warranty only.
Trying to get any repairs done, under warranty, is extremely difficult at best.
We have spent thousands of dollars out of pocket, on correcting problems that aren't covered by the warranty apparently.
The Covenant was not supplied to us at or before closing.
Before purchasing a home check with the city of Eau Claire Inspections Department and verify that all building permits have been approved. Legally the builder can sell a house, but you can't take occupancy if all permits have not been approved according to the Inspections Department Service: New home construction
