I'll never get over how rudely I was treated when purchasing a birthday bouquet, for my sister just weeks after her cancer diagnosis. I explained it would likely be one of her last birthday (it was) and I needed something special, the woman was cold and blank with me. I left feeling like such a bother to her. It's been 3 years and I still just won't ever be back to this place.

Very friendly and helpful staff. They have beautiful flowers and floral arrangements and some small gifts like candles, etc. They have competitive prices and they deliver! I recommend Eau Claire Floral. Update: 8-8-2023 I placed an order for delivery and it came today, it is beautiful. I want to thank you for making my anniversary gift to my wife so lovely. She loved receiving it and I really appreciated the reminder. Although I'm good with dates, I tend to procrastinate until the last minute so getting the reminder allowed me to place my order well in advance so THANK YOU for that and such a gorgeous bouquet!
