        I was not impressed with the therapist. I brought in grief, loss and well expressed feelings. Over the course of two sessions I was given 2 flyers on "grounding techniques" and was advised to get a fidget toy. I felt the level of experience and education with grief was not adequate and the appointment should not have been taken by the provider. Furthermore after providing this "value" she pressed me to book appointments out for 4+ weeks.

      Hi Emma, I can not find you in our system as a client. Are you sure that you came to Collaborative Counseling? There is another counseling office in the same building as us and so I just wanted to follow up. If it is for another clinic, we would greatly appreciate if you move it to their Google business instead of ours.If not, we would like to hear more to see if we can fix your experience.
