Only two handicap scooters in the LaCrosse store. Every other time they are both out on the floor. I will try other errands and check back because this location is close to home and office. I will head up to Home Depot if I need something now. I can walk a couple of hundred feet but not the whole store plus I have to minimize my walking or risk reopening a diabetic ulcer in the arch area of my foot. So he can afford a Nascar racing car but not 2 more scooters to make it 4 at each location? I would be willing to bet he loses more profit over the year vs the cost. Plus if one goes down for a mechanical issue Menards will not be down to just one then. If they don't care about a small lose in income and profit as I am sure it will not change his life, think about the life of your physically lly challenged customers and show that you care about making their life a tiny bit better. 3 years ago I did walk the whole store when I needed to before going out of town the next day. I ended up ripping open a freshly healed sore (diabetic ulcer) and set back my recovery by a year.

We have went to both your menards stores, spring meadows and N Toledo, 2 weekends in a row . A very large purchase of 30copper wire about 2800.00, and the first weekend your store couldn't run card, this Sunday we brought cash, yah we tried 150 ft, paid for it, and low n behold get out there , you don't have enough! Refund, yah not gonna happen again. You lost a very good customer.

Store posted a special order size on a bathroom vanity as being 48" long X 14" deep. When received it was 48" long by 19" deep. .

Made a purchase wrote a check they took and ran it through the register and gave it back to us so I assumed it was one registered that does automatically take out of your account and give your check back well that was not the scene I put void over the check thinking it was already done the next day I get A phone call saying that we left without paying for our merchandise they wanted us to come over and do and give them the check which I have died. The manager that talked to me in the a.m. was very pleasant. Very nice when I drove an hour over to get the check to them the manager, Thomas Was very rude. I asked them if they were going to do anything to supplement us from driving all the way over there for their mistake not ours and he was very rude and said what do you think we should do? I obviously said nothing because what was I supposed to say I want a $50 gift card because of your screwup and now we have to drive an hour to the store and an hour back home and be leave work early and be late for my second Job And he said nothing so needless to say I will never go to the Mason city Iowa store again we have put probably about $60,000 in that store when we built our house and got everything from Menards. We built a garage and a shed with Menards stuff and now we will never put another dime into that store , they treated this situation as our fault not theirs, which which was the cashiers problem when he gave us our check back I asked them what would they done if I lived a state away or 45 hours away and they said that I would have to make it right which, yes I was more happy to go and give them the check but when I asked them now that their void is on that check and it does not go through am not going to have it be on my convenience again to make this check, right When they shouldve did it at that point in time.
