        Not giving one star for the employees. They were actually amazing! What I am giving one star for is the absolutely, garbage, trash, dumpster quality service. I pay damn near $130 every month for high speed 5g data that I can't use in a lot of places. I can't even use data at my house and I live right in the city. I really recommend spectrum data over this any day because you actually get good quality data all over the USA.

        Went to this T-mobile store yesterday to transfer an existing phone to a new phone. What a pleasant and hassle-free experience! We were greeted immediately and our sales person Kia was professional, knowledgeable, and willing to help! He also was very nice! Everyone working there were also very nice and professional. I'm sorry I didn't catch their names! Our new go to store from now on!
