Avis Car Rental

I will never rent from AVIS again. My Jeep broke down. I had plans to meet my now fiancs family for Thanksgiving. Mechanic did not know how long they would have my Jeep. I rented thinking, I might need it. But, when my boss needed me, to start a project and mechanic called and said my Jeep was ready. Little did I know, since I prepaid, to be sure I could get where I needed to go, that I wouldnt get reimbursed for time not used. So I was ROBBED , for returning rental 6 days early!!! This is so unfair. When people work so hard for their money, for companies to rip them off like this.

Although very nice, there is an ethical problem with taking people's money and not giving them what they paid for. You allow a third party to take customers' money, and then promise a rental, and when it's time to get it you hold what the customer paid for back. This is theft! You shouldn't use a third party that steals from it's customers, you shouldn't promote it on your walls, you shouldn't be in business you're thieves and should be held as accountable as Budget for your disgusting policies.

Stacy was amazing! Very friendly and helped me out when I was in a tight spot. The CR-V was very nice and clean. I enjoyed my experience immensely!

Reserved a car was supposed to be ready at 12 they have no cars at all yet are still giving put reservations. Worker named Russ was extremely rude. He should be fired.
