All of the staff was super helpful and friendly. I have genuinely had the worst day in a while after crashing my bike at 6:55am and they made it better by being so kind. Shoutout to Jarod, they called three other stores to see if the wheel I needed was in stock elsewhere and found me one to grab. I almost cried happy tears.
