Woodsedge Apartments

When I first moved in it was a wonderful place to live the landlord was great the apartment area was beautiful, but now with the new owners the place is not a good place to live at all. The new landlord Julie is very unprofessional and she can be very rude. Also she does not turn in paperwork like she supposed to, then you get into trouble because of it. In her reply she stated that i used drugs, this couldn't be farther from the truth. I dont do drugs and dont plan on it. With damage to the apartment, yes there was. I lived there for 7 years, i also had a cat. I paid my deposit and my monthly cat fee.

They recently switched management companies. Hopefully they kept Marit and Ken. They made it feel like home. Marit made a food shelf so all the kids had food without their parents feeling bad they couldn't provide. It even had diapers and formula. She was really there for my family emotionally through a lot of really hard times. Ken is amazing at fixing things. Stuff didn't need replacing when he was around. He could fix anything and make it like new. He also made sure the grounds were beautifully kept. He was a great friend to my husband. I would recommend raising your kids here or just living here if your looking for an apartment that feels like a townhouse. It was a great community to raise our older kids in. I would be very careful though at the end. After we gave our notice they stopped fixing things so we didn't have an oven for a couple months. They also charged us for normal wear and tear as well as cleaning and I am a professional cleaner for wealthy people. Marit wrote minimal effort for cleaning and that was just insulting.

Lived here for 3 yearsmanagement has gone down hill! They raise rent Everytime lease is up for renewalkids run all over neighborhood without supervision and no regards to authoritygarbage all over..snow removal is a joke..units are way outdated and no maintenance person currently
