It was an easy decision for my wife and I to go with Travis as our realtor for the purchase of our first home. Travis is a charismatic guy who is very knowledgeable in his craft. Travis made looking at countless number of houses effortless with his flexibility as well as his keen eye and attention to detail. Travis advocated for us when offers and negotiations got tough. Travis is the best of the bay for good reason, we wouldnt recommend anyone else.

My husband and I recently worked with Travis on our purchase of an investment property in Green Bay. We are out of state buyers and Travis could not have made the process easier! He was always available to tour properties at the last minute and to answer questions. He was on top of sending us properties as they became available and fit our needs. Once we found a property we loved, he was always in the loop with everyone involved - us, mortgage lender, title company, selling agent - which made things easy on our end. When my husband and I met Travis, we werent looking at all, but Travis always kept up with us to see how we were doing. Once we were ready, we reached out to Travis and boy, HE REPLIES FAST. Travis takes his time to get us answers we want and fights for whats right for us. With us being so new to selling our home, Travis was able to guide us in every direction and gave his professional opinion on things we didnt know. He was considerate due to us having little ones when he came to house showings. He treated us like family, replies to us even when it was super late at night. We thank you Travis for everything you have done for our family!

Travis Hoida's abilities as a realtor are on par with his mustache...top notch. We scoped out many properties before I found exactly what I was looking for. Travis has a great demeanor and has many helpful tools to help any potential buyer find what they are looking for. I would highly recommend using Travis if you want to find a great home!
To top it all off...the dude even gifted me chicken wings...and you can't beat that!
