Whole Body Balancing is now one of my primary care providers. I searched for a therapist in 2023 to break up body fascia and pressure points .A foot doctor recommended surgery when anti- inflammatory injections did not take away my pain. Rena kindly offers effective body care for whatever ails me. Now no surgery is needed. I highly recommend Rena.

Rena is an exceptional therapist. She is very well educated in her field and has such a therapeutic touch. I saw her after a bike accident and she was able to help with releasing a lot of tension and trauma from my system using acupressure and craniosacral. She also incorporated therapeutic massage. I would highly recommend Rena. She genuinely cares for her clients and has her client's best interest at hand. She will take good care of you!

This was a great experience! Rena did a fantastic job getting to know me, my background and lifestyle, and what areas needed the most attention with a massage.
Afterwards she described what she noticed about what I had going on in a way that was easy to understand and sent me home with stretches and strategies to make the massage last as long as possible.
Great experience, highly recommended!

I have recently been in a horribe car accdent. Multiple life changing injuries . This was an amazing way to treat the mind and rebalance my energy. My body was given an opportunity to focus on my inner energy & balance. Almost immediately after i went home & fell asleep. 8 glorios hours of truley uninterupted rest & i hadnt even taken a pain killer. !

I am extremely satisfied with my experiences with Whole Body Balancing LLC. The services provided use a holistic approach that is indescribable. Rena takes time before each session to speak with about your personal goals and how things are for you. She is very knowledgeable and professional. The sessions I have had were focused on bodywork. This was a term I was not completely familiar with having never experienced it. In my opinion it is akin to massage. However, I would describe it as more focused and deliberate in manipulation of muscles, tendons, nerves, and skin based on Rena's interpretations of your body's response. It is a slower process that lends itself well to a longer session; the time will go quickly. I am not a spiritual or new age/hippy person. But, I do sense a feeling of energy when in session. Rena has a calming demeanor and makes you feel comfortable and relaxed before starting. She also communicates different aspects of the therapy during sessions and also expectations after. I highly encourage you to book an appointment now before she fills up her schedule and can't book you.
Other notes:
Facility features a salt therapy room and infrared sauna. I have not used the salt therapy. A single person infrared sauna did help to loosen muscles.
The office consists of salt therapy booth, sauna booth, office desk and a separate room for your therapy session; because of space limitations you will need to wear a swimsuit or shorts in the sauna as it would be impractical to change. This is a very minor issue.
You will be covered completely with a clean sheet and blanket. There is no need to remove your underwear. So if you are inexperienced with bodywork/massage and are modest/bashful don't worry. You are not exposed and she will work on each portion separately adjusting the sheet and blanket as needed.
I noticed a general improvement in well being, relaxation, and flexibility. I also noted improved mood and lowered desire for sweets and alcohol.
There is a unisex bathroom in the common hallway of the business center.
Cash or card can be used for payment.
The salon nearby can occasionally be a bit loud. A very minor issue.
I saw an individual left a 1 star review. If you look at his other reviews you can see his expectations for his session as he left no write up or comments.
