I came in here while on vacation, looking seriously for something with a ruby. There was one employee helping one other customer when I entered. I circled their displays, waiting for a chance to be at least greeted (I was not). After a few minutes, two other employees appeared, but neither looked at me. I waited a few more minutes to be acknowledged, but was not, so I left. I would have taken my business across the street, but it was closed. Hoping employees will do a better job at smiling, saying hi, or literally anything to acknowledge another human being's existence in their store.

Very good service and excellent prices just because the prices are low does not mean that the pieces are of poor quality on the contrary they are of very good quality and it left me with absolute satisfaction and I would like to return but I am too far away
