        Fantastic hotel to stay at. Nice spacious room layout. Very friendly staff. Excellent included hot breakfast. Good location if fishing the Fox River. Nearby activities: Fishing the Fox River for walleye. Access to local hockey rinks for hockey tourneys.

        Had a power outage in the area when we first arrived (thru the night), the staff did a great job to accommodate everyone as best as possible. Very friendly and helpful staff!

        They will charge you ridiculously for having to vacuum and wash linens if you spill orange juice even slightly. Lazy and disgusting. Don't not stay here if you have kids younger than 10 or your vehicle is in any way large. Only decent thing is the pizza place across the street are very nice and friendly and let you park overnight. They will also make ludicrous claims as well. No furniture or refrigerator was damaged during my stay. If you have to stay there demand the manager walk through the room before checkout with you.

        I was supposed to get a map of where to park when I checked in, but because I didn't my car was towed ($260 to get it back). No sympathy or empathy from the staff. In addition, none of the apps (Netflix, Prime, etc) work on the TV. I was also falsely accused of smoking in the room.

      We apologize that the Marquette Center had your car towed from their private lot. We certainly don't want that to happen to anyone, which is why we talk about it at check in, show a map, and there are also signs that the Marquette Center will have anyone towed who is not there for private business. You were personally informed by the police that it was the Marquette Center than had you towed, and not our hotel. Our staff went above and beyond to make this situation right for you. Again, we apologize for this frustrating situation. We certainly do our best to prevent it.

      Thank you for sharing about your experience with us. We agree that Toppers pizza is great and they help us out with the parking of larger vehicles as city parking does not have the capacity for full size RVs.We apologize for the cleaning and damages fees, however, we have been in your room for two days and still have not been able to get your room to a rentable condition. We had to replace the refrigerator and are having to order new furniture for the room as well because of the condition it was left in. If you would like to contact us directly and go through the videos and photos we have of your room condition and the damaged furniture , we would be happy to discuss this in more detail.

Several of our agents have spoken with you, offered suggestions, and attempted to explain the situation while empathizing with you. Again, we apologize for this frustrating situation.
