In short, we had an excellent experience working with Alair on our home remodel. To do it all over, we would choose Alair! Read on if youre interested in a detailed explanation for our review. When considering a remodel on our 75 year old home near the historic district in downtown De Pere, we were guided by a trustworthy family-friend to choose Alair. Our aim was to transform our sweet cape cod into our forever home. From the beginning, I knew we were in good hands. Nicole and Andy listened and demonstrated their care and expertise for getting the project right. We were so impressed with the way their designer Jill brought our vision to life with her drawings. She got it better. Weve been back in the house for months and are still in awe of how right it all is. Then we met our project management team. Wendy listened and understood what we were hoping for. She was able to fill in the blanks when I could not. She, Brock, and Kevin were present throughout the remodel - greeting crews when they arrived, helping complete tasks, and adjusting when changes came along. They were professional and jovial. They were patient and caring. We lived on site throughout the project so we met the various crews who came through at their stages of the remodel. Several crews commented on their preference for working with Alair because Alair is organized and for their manner for getting the job done right. The Alair team treated crew members with respect. In the Rule of Threes, shelter is necessary for survival. Alair helped us honor this house by echoing what were its original materials and design elements. It was not easy and they kept their promise of accomplishing it. When we return home from the hustle and bustle of our lives, we are delighted, relaxed, and comfortable. We worked with Alair Homes to rebuild our families cabin up north. The experience with both Andy & Nicole along with the staff at Alair and contractors was outstanding. The team listened carefully to what our needs and wants were. They helped guide us along the path to hit those goals and the outcome was even better than we could have imagined. I dont think 5 stars is enough to describe how awesome it was to be working with the Allair team on our kitchen remodel. First and foremost they have a phenomenal attention to the details. Nothing slides past, or gets left unfinished. They are extremely conscientious in their work quality and timeliness and are transparent about every cost. I also found them to be very thoughtful and understanding of what it means to be upended in your own home during a big project. They put every effort they could into making life easy for us living in a project zone. I couldnt be happier with the end product! AND! I cant leave out the fact that I found them very fun and easy to work with! Every encounter I had with them left me with a smile on my face and that is huge in an era of labor and goods shortages! I seriously could go on and on with all the specific examples of how exemplary my experience with them was, but I think you understand by now that I highly recommend Allair, and am hoping to have the opportunity to work with them on future projects in my home! Alair Homes did a major remodel of our home in late 2020, early 2021. Everything was seamless from the planning stages through the completion. Alair started the project on time during a period when many builders were challenged, and went above and beyond to complete the project on schedule. The quality of the work was outstanding, as was the design work which brought to life the dreams we had for our home. Alair Homes were a wonderful team to work with, and we are grateful to have found such a high caliber contractor to remodel our home. I would highly recommend their services.
