Very grateful for Drew and his team. They responded so quickly and were able to get our water damage to our kitchen cleaned up in barely 24hrs within calling them! I highly recommend their service, very professional and straight forward!

I highly recommend LADS . We were referred to LADS by our insurance agent following water damage in our kitchen. Drew was so prompt. When I called, he immediately took my call & was able to do an on-site evaluation within 20 min. The next morning, his crew came to remove our flooring & begin the mitigation process. The entire process from start to finish was very professional & thorough. Every person working for the company was helpful, kind, & did a highly rated job with the water mitigation service. This was a very stressful ordeal & disruption for our family. We appreciate that the LADS staff made it so easy to help us get back on our feet. They even talked to our insurance company & took pictures to expedite the paperwork involved. Thank you. LADS for doing an outstanding job!! We hope that we don't need to call you again, but if the need should arise, we wouldn't hesitate to call you.

It is never fun to find your slice of heaven has a problem. My cottage required black mold remediation. I filled out a brief form and within minutes a lovely lady called and said that Drew Roberts would call me in under 10 minutes. He called back in under 4 minutes. He listened so patiently to my tale and made arrangements to come and look at the damage and pro ide a same day quote. I need other services as well and got my rehab needs on track and started within a few days of the bid. He made me feel listened to and comfortable with the process. I was also able to get more than his project started to prevent any snags down the road. He and Jesse his partner and their team worked their magic and I left knowing my cottage was in good hands. He was able to provide important information I needed to get the problem done asap. He responds quickly and makes sure everything is taken care of and done correctly. Thanks so much L.A.D.S. Our lower level flooded this spring and after being turned away from another company due to the location of our home, called LADS and they were at our residence the next day, with an estimate that evening, and work began the following day. Drew kept us informed on the progress throughout the process, worked expediently with great quality, and left the residence extremely clean. Hopefully our house doesnt flood again, but if it does, well be reaching back out. Highly recommend!
