I called to order a livescope, and told them I knew nothing about them, told them I wanted a 10 screen and they ordered everything in for me saying it would all fit and work out good. I even asked if they could assemble it for me as I didnt know how to. They said no and didnt want to help me. When putting it all together the graph was too big for the ice fishing kit which was $2300 and tried to return it, as they stated it would fit. They wouldnt return it unless I paid a 25% restocking fee, which was over $600. They said theyd give me $1600 back out of the $2400 I paid for it after taxes. These are the worst guys to deal with and all they care about is your money. I would highly recommend finding a more knowledgeable place and a company who cares about their customers.

I was very happy with the excellent communication and the way my specific circumstances were addressed, especially since I am in another state. They did what nobody in my state was able to do to get my boat equipped with power for 2023.

Another GREAT boat and more importantly great boat experience from the MR Outboards team! Between Lund, Mr. Outboard, and Mercury it doesnt get any better!!!!
