Nicolet National Bank

I love my bank. They get to know you and remembers your name. They are helpful in any way that would require banking or banking info. I tell everyone to go to my bank. I will not change banks. Nicolet is the best, most friendly, compassionate employees they are than any other bank or credit union there is.

Terrible communication. Would not hear back from lender for days and days when purchasing my first home. Now two years later, I reached out to talk refinancing. thought I'd give them another chance. It's been 13 days!! Hello??? the only reason I am giving them 2 stars is because they do work with WHEDA on a new home buyers program.
