Origin Family Homebuilders

We worked with Origin on our remodel. They helped us design a handful of options and gave us our estimates. They made us see our space in a completely different way, and designed a plan that creatively maximized our available square footage. Come construction time, they were absolute pros. It was done quickly and efficiently. They were precise and exacting. They always cleaned up behind themselves so you didn't feel like you were living in a construction zone. Their subs did top notch work. They were flexible and understanding of our scheduling needs. We were kept in the loop the entire time during the build. There were no surprises. They made sure we were comfortable with the progress and costs. The project came in under budget. I'm not one to write reviews, but I feel Origin definitely deserves the public kudos and our thanks.

As first time home builders we were told it was a stressful and rough experience building a home from friends and family. Not the case here. The Rice family is amazing! We saw the quality in their work from a previous house they built so we decided to pull the trigger and build. They worked with us throughout the process on the many decisions we had to make and made building a home seem easy and enjoyable. We really can't express how happy we are with the end product! If you want to build a great home with really great people, you just found the right builder.
