Dan was my installer for this miraculous stairlifter. He was very professional, courteous, efficient and helpful in showing me how to use it. He is a great knowledgeable employee, and a valuable asset to your business. I would hire him for ANY type of work, based an his good nature and work ethic as shown by him. He also made sure l knew what and how to proceed on my own. It was like having my very own grandson doing this. I thank you for having such a good young man who is respectful and concerned that he didn't leave me with any unanswered questions. I thank the whole company for every effort put into me getting this life-saving device, which now allows me to continue to live on my own independently.

We have had superior service with Access Ability. It started with having a ramp installed at our home and then having lift repairs and b and d seat repairs done by Al. Al has fixed things in our van, that others couldn't! Al is a master at His trade. Veronica, in the office, has been such a delight to work with. Always a smile on her face, and genuinely helpful finding information out for us, as well as scheduling our appointments around our schedule.
