Used the contact form and email and are still waiting for a response. Its been a week, I'll try one more time.
The One Star is for no response, since they apparently won't take our money I have no idea about the products they offer.
I did notice they seem to pay attention to reviews and respond to them so why not via email or their own contact form?
We'll update this review if things change.
UPDATED: We ended up having to call directly and received the info we wanted. The product was on a 4-7 week order basis and very competitively compared to the Big M store. They also connected us to some local contractors and that was helpful.
I'd recommend to the owner they use their email and website contact form though.
