We had a side of the grass fed beef from Willow Creek shipped to our house and I can honestly say it is the most delicious meat I've ever tasted! the steaks were perfectly cut the way I ordered them, and the ground beef lean yet super flavorful! I shared some with my neighbors and they are crazy about it too! The owners are super nice and accommodating and the product is fairly priced and absolutely top quality! Will order agin in about 6 weeks when we have room in the freezer!!

We ordered a pig and part of cow. I have eaten grass fed beef for over 30 years and this was the worst meat ive ever eaten. One day we were asked to bring meat to a boy scout activity, and my husband questioned wether it was good enough to send. It is rubbery and flavorless. I have a friend who judges bbq contests grill up the meat and give me his professional opinion and he told me that if it were him, hed complain. When I expressed my concerns with the owner, he didnt get back to me directly, but rather communicated to the coop organizer that he had grilled up the sample meat for his farm helpers and they said it was the best that theyve ever had . To add insult to injury they cut all the steaks 3/4 thick and that includes the T-bones and porterhouses. The meat is so bad we use it for Chinese food and chili instead of for the grill. They also ruined the ground pork by adding breakfast sausage spice and salt that is so strong that, on its own, is inedible. Ive had to add regular meat to cut the flavor and use it for meatballs. My friend who judges bbq contests and I are soon hosting an event where we put this meat side by side with other grass fed meat, Walmart and Costco. We will be soon posting it to YouTube.
