They were able to fit us in next day. The technician they sent did a good job resolving our plumbing issue, and I appreciated that he took the time to explain the problem and how to prevent it from reoccurring. However, the technician was somewhat ill-tempered, he spoke over me, and he made several comments throughout the job that were clearly intended to project stupidity onto me. I shouldn't have to be made to feel belittled just to get my plumbing issue resolved. I would call this company again, but perhaps I'll just request a different technician.

My sewer froze and when I called, Greg told me that it would be very pricey to fix since they now only have cold water for that sort of fix. He said that I could wait it out since I have another bathroom and the weather temp is going to be above freezing for awhile. Thank God I listened and that he was so honest cuz he possibly saved me alot of money. Single mom of 3 so it is very much appreciated. They did my sewer once b4 and were great. I will definitely be keeping their number for any future issues and recommend them to anyone looking for an honest plumbing service.

Greg cleaned out our main sewer on the day that we called. Hes very professional and went above and beyond. I am down with a broken foot, he offered to carry in packages and fix my door that wouldnt close properly. Service: Sewer cleaning
