Caribou Bay Retreat

The first friend I made up north got married at this beautiful breath taking resort & the owners are seriously some of the most amazing & wonderful people Ive ever gotten to meet! Then in September of this year my youngest sister got married here as well! Truly an amazing Time & experience! Id recommend 1000/1000 !! Oh did I mention the instant PEACE OF MIND in this little slice of Heaven?! Instantly! Thank you all for some of the best days/nights of our lives that well remember forever!! I love you guys!!

This venue is INCREDIBLE!! We received nothing but compliments on how beautiful it was! We had the ceremony outside, but had the option to have it inside if weather did not cooperate (which is a huge stress relief when wanting an outdoor ceremony). The reception center is STUNNING! I literally cried walking in the first time. It takes your breath away. We did no extra decorating - the entire place is fully decorated and beautiful. Having the guest house was a huge bonus as we had many out of state guests. The guest house gave us a place to all spend time together leading up to the wedding which meant the world to us. I had a few recommendations of improvement which I shared with the owner Mona and she immediately began implementing them. To be honest, Caribou Bay could be immensely more expensive for what you get (many places charge far more for much less). Use their list of local vendors! These vendors have been to Caribou Bay numerous times and literally fly solo on the day of the wedding. They have no questions and know exactly what to do. If you want an amazing and unforgettable wedding - choose Caribou Bay. We wish we could go back and relive our wedding day over and over!

Absolutely phenomenal retreat!! It is literally magical! The proprietors go above and beyond to be accommodating. Highly recommended!! 5 stars is not enough!!!
