Hi Katy, Amber has been emailing you back about the issue with your insurance and you have not allowed her to help you fix the problem. She hasn't ignored you at all as I have the entire email chain showing that she has responded to you multiple times trying to get you to authorize her with the marketplace so she could help you, which you never did. You were notified that carrier you started with would not cover your clinic and chose to not reschedule to the following month, therefore you did accept those bills knowing that the clinic/hospital you chose would be out of network. I am sorry that you are unhappy with us, but this experience could have been so much better for you if you had just worked with us.
