Dr. Severson has decided to play politics instead of properly take care of my mother. If you get a COVID diagnosis, you better advocate for your self in a big way. Post diagnosis it took 4 days for a phone call to occur from the doctor. An initial phone call from a triage RN giving her the diagnosis, then nothing. Developed a sinus infection and literally had to beg to get her treatment all because she was diagnosed with covid, and this doctor will put on her political blinders and do the bidding for those who just want another statistic. Blood clots are a common problem with any patient diagnosis with covid, if they are not on blood thinners it is recommend, by the doctors that actually want to treat patient's based on symptoms, that they take a low dose aspirin for 30 days. Again, NOTHING!!!! How many phone calls does a person have to make, to get their loved ones the care they need. Start treating patients like they are human beings, and not a statistic. Never again will she see Dr. Severson... and yes, I do have a medical background so I can make these statements.

Definitely recommend Dr. Crow, he was professional, made me feel comfortable, and like he genuinely cares about your health and is trying his best to help you. The building was clean, staff was friendly, and I was in and out in a decent amount of time I didn't feel rushed or like I waited too long. Very happy with my experience this afternoon.
